fav four...Fooood...this weeks food love has come from one of my friends...(and fellow blogger Jameboyy)...and it is PEANUT BUTTER...i have been told and given this to try in many ways shapes and forms...most popular was in a mini Reece's Cup...which i had the pleasure of trying as an original and a homemade version...

fav five...This weeks random fav is for my love for the tv series Pretty Little Liars...we are on the forth season at the moment...and wont give anything away in case you have not seen it yet...but this weeks and last weeks episodes...building up to the summer finale...were INCREDIBLE...emotional but terrifying at the same time...a MUST WATCH...
